My planner says that leaves me with only 230 T1+T2 CP spent, distributed as 130 T1 CP and 100 T2 CP. The game says I have spent 130 T1 CP and 170 T2 CP. That's a difference of 70 for T2. Coincidentally, I have bought 70CP worth of T2 spells.
Arcane Tricksters' T2 spells count as T2 CP, allowing them to buyback their T1/T2 skills and buy more T3 skills

Virgo was able to buyback Expert Melee Combat and buy Aspect of the Ox. Before the buyback, she had 260 T1+T2 CP spent.
