Just finished psychometry buyback and it didn't refund
I just finished refunding psychometry and instead of refunding the CP when completing it just restarted like I never did a buyback.

That does sound like a bug, yeah.
This skill (and a handful of others, but this is the big one) are tricky on the code side because they're present not just in multiple classes but across multiple tiers. At least, I had trouble with them with the character builder. It wouldn't surprise me if something similar happened with trying to refund something like Spellcraft is all I'm saying.

I've encountered this before - I think the key is to make sure you're refunding it off the tree you already "own".

Just had this same bug on https://www.nexusclash.com/clash.php?op ... er&id=5484.
I guess it was because I refunded the mortal psychometry when it was the shepard psychometry I had bought from the looks of things.
