Casting glyph from a gem in a blocked area still uses a gem charge
Noting this so it's noted somewhere for (probably my) future attention. Not a very important bug but worth noting - "This area is too charged with Nexus power; you cannot cast Glyph spells here!" error blocks glyph casting but still uses a charge.
