- You attack Arlette McMahon with your Pallid Bolt spell and miss. (2022-12-20 01:27:41).
- You attack Kolton Pope with your Pallid Bolt spell and miss. (2022-12-25 02:14:26).

No zerg flags involved, cast from memory not gem (they still buggy?); I hit these characters on other atttempts, and they shouldn't have phasing (T2 NPCs, pariah and paladin, respectively). The message isn't right for phasing either.

I think I may have also encountered it sometimes when trying to Life Drain wandering imps (clash.php?op=character&id=13667)

I thought it was just someone using Mutagenic Touch on masterless imps and that some Wyrm Master must've been giggling thinking about how confused I must be, but... if you say the flavour text is wrong for that, maybe it really had to have been a bug? It would definitely be a bug (not such a bad one though, I'd say) if Wyrms managed to mutate NPCs

In my current activity log I find 24 misses and 228 hits with bolt spell. That's about 90% to-hit. I didn't parse out stacked messages or check how many of the misses are legit phasing
