This might be just a niche finding that has no particular fix - sorry if its just spamming the queue, it just rings some alarm bells for me. In this case a defiler cast a spell after gaining morality and no longer having demonic powers including spellcasting.
So this was an attack on a redeemed (apparently) with mask of the penitent up, and it took the defiler above -20 MO on the first hit. I went to the redeemed's page and then to wiki to find out how I'd been de-demoned. when i went back to the character action page, it re-triggered my last action. Which was casting a spell, and without being a demon I shouldn't have been able to do that. I certainly didn't want to, it's now more than twice as deep an MO hole to climb out of.
This 'repeat last action' behavior when trying to navigate browser history seems to be browser-specific or something so if it matters: Win 10 / FF 97.0.1

Code: Select all
- You attack Vii XII with your Hewing Bolt triggered spell and hit for 1 points of slashing damage. His armor soaked 7 points of damage. You gain 2 XP. (2022-02-23 17:02:13).
- Your morality is no longer low enough to qualify as Evil. Your demonic powers have been revoked! You must decrease your morality to at least -20 to have them restored! (2022-02-23 17:02:13).
- Your morality has fallen out of step with that of your faction. Due to your faction having a strict morality requirement, you have been automatically removed from your faction. (2022-02-23 17:02:13).
