Log message of people who are not on your tile appearing

I had this log message of people appearing show up on Mango (https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=7870) who was inside the OS SH at the time.
There were no people inside our SH, and they were likely revealed in another raid that was occurring elsewhere at around the same time.
(This bug occurred last breath too)
