Evil Redeemed still has bonus HP from T3 skills

Syndermata has 118 HP while Evil, when they should have 78.
Level 27 = 68 HP
+10 from Stamina
+15 Holy Fortitude
+25 Favored Child of Earth
I bought Holy Fortitude/Favored Child of Earth while they had good morality, dropped down to neutral and lost the bonus health as per usual, then regained 40 max health when I dropped down to Evil MO. Other skills and passive bonuses from other Redeemed skills aren't showing up, and the health regen from FCoE isn't ticking either.
