Transcension not respawning in Faction plane

Stripe, ID 9586 has Transcension, and his faction currently has a stronghold in Elysium.
Upon using a Transcension respawn, he none the less respawned in Purgatorio.
Per the changelog from 2023-Mar-04, faction home plane should override the Purgatorio respawn. https://nexusclash.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... ion#p21222
