Strangulation broken

Sometimes the incremental death damage doesn't start ticking after the status is in effect. I've noticed it sometimes works with blood claws, sometimes doesn't. Seems to work all of the time when attacking with fists. The 3% accuracy bonus doesn't seem to work whether or not the target is an NPC or a real player. I've had 10 stacks and still been stuck at 65% base rate or 75% while hiding.

The accuracy bonus from Strangulation will not appear on attack dropdown, it's a bonus that only affects your target.
Regarding the bonus not working some time, could it be you had a source of supplemental damage on and that took over Strangulation?

I'll usually apply Enervate at the beginning of combat but I don't think that's supplemental damage but a damage modifier. Beyond that I can't think of anything else that would be affecting it and if Enervate was affecting it I'd count that as a pretty serious conflict for that particular demonic progression system.

Enervation does not interact with Strangulation other than both increasing accuracy on a single target. Rend Flesh increases the base damage of attacks against an Enervated target, and does not affect supplemental damage whatsoever. What could prevent Strangulation supplemental damage from applying is having another source of supplemental damage, such as elemental weapon enchants or a Demonic Boon. It should otherwise apply supplemental damage.

In terms of not observing the damage to properly ramp up on consecutive attacks, that could be due to the supplemental damage being soaked, thus staying at damage floor for multiple attacks.
