Set spelltrap “any action” doesn’t trigger on attack

I was standing on the same square as my spelltraps
- (3 times) You set up your spellgem to trigger when a valid target takes any action with the stance Aggressive to All. (2021-12-15 07:13:20).
- You sense one of your spelltraps has been triggered, dealing 4 to its target. You gain 4 XP. You sense the destruction of the spellgem as all magic fades away from it. (2021-12-15 08:30:33). <- had this one set on enter
(2 times) Gnarknorb attacked you with a Blood Claws and hit for 7 points of unholy damage. (2021-12-15 08:30:42

Edit modified the bug. Originally I thought I set them all the enters but upon reviewing the log they were set to any action.
