Tattoo of the Dragons Rage 'Sometimes' Triggering Alongside Enchantment Damage

Bitter recently got some enchanted weapons. He found his active Tattoo of the Dragons Rage seems to sometimes override the supplemental damage from the weapon. Not all the time, though:
Per the Wiki, the rage shouldn't trigger the supplemental damage or the extra MP cost if there already exist 4 or more supplemental damage.

It also draws 2 MP on those attacks, presumably once for the enchantment, and once for the rage. Not sure at the moment if it draws the extra MP on the attacks when the enchanted damage is applied.- You focus your powers on the Tattoo of Dragons Sight adorning your skin. You feel its magic flow through you, improving your ability to anticipate movement and granting you a +5% bonus to all attacks. (2025-02-25 23:07:58).
- You attack Clio with your Death Rock, a Rock and hit for 7 points of impact damage. You dealt 2 more damage from a perfectly executed combination attack! Your rage of the dragon scorches them for 6 points of fire damage! You gain 2 XP. (2025-02-25 23:08:04).
- You attack Clio with your Death Rock, a Rock and hit for 9 points of impact damage. You dealt 4 more damage from a combination attack! The glow of enchanted power radiates from your weapon, dealing an added 6 points of death damage! You gain 2 XP. (2025-02-25 23:08:05).
- You attack Clio with your Death Rock, a Rock and hit for 11 points of impact damage. You dealt 6 more damage from a combination attack! Your rage of the dragon scorches them for 6 points of fire damage! You gain 2 XP. (2025-02-25 23:08:06).
- You attack Clio with your Death Rock, a Rock and miss. (2025-02-25 23:08:07).
- You attack Clio with your Death Rock, a Rock and hit for 11 points of impact damage. You dealt 6 more damage from a combination attack! Your rage of the dragon scorches them for 6 points of fire damage! You gain 2 XP. This was enough to kill them! You gain an additional 1 Experience Points! (2025-02-25 23:08:08).
