Skills: Bow of Frostbite buff (Void Walker)

The VW's Bow of Frostbite is incredibly MP draining, more so for an innate that exclusively provides damage, on a class that doesn't have much in terms of damage buffs (other than a single-target mechanic costing 5MP to activate a stance + 5MP per target).
Its MP cost is even more constricting now that Stygian Fury is bugged and doesn't regenerate MP at all.

Would suggest reducing the cost of Bow of Frostbite to 2 MP per shot, and 1 MP per shot when upgraded. If that proved too strong, its damage could be reduced by 1 point as well.
