Interface: increase pet name length limit

Exactly what it says in the title.

Today I wanted to give my pet a really fancy name, but it turned out it is a bit too long to be accepted.
Of course it would be unwise to completely remove the limit (unless you want some trolls to start pasting Lorem Ipsum there), but increasing it a bit would be nice.

Reminds me of the time I drained the leylines on Sunrise and Sunset to create an army of 40-ish skellies named after the All Stars (but they don't stop coming) lyrics and ended with 20+ "but they don't stop coming"s.
+1 to this great idea which would have allowed me to have whole verses instead of fragments.

No offense but staring at a cluttered description panel with 100+ pets is hard enough already without people making every pet name their favorite 2000's pop punk lyrics or something

Interesting feature
Something similar is implemented on my Experimental version of Nexus Tweaks, where petmasters with over X pets get their pet list collapsed and only show a summary (such as Petmaster: 40x Skeleton(s)).
