New Clockwork Precision:
Unlocks Sniper Mode.
Sniper Mode is a toggle that can be enabled and disabled for free.
The Seraph chooses a accuracy value between 10% to 100%, and then presses the Sniper Mode button. Once its enabled, the Seraph will automatically spend 1 damage to increase his accuracy by 10%, until he reaches the desired hit %.
EX:
While fighting a Eternal Soldier, a Seraph has a final hit chance of 45%. They set their Sniper accuracy minimum to 90%.
From then on, they will automatically sacrifice 5 damage to boost their accuracy back to 95%.
Makes Clockwork Precision viable in a live fight.
This thread is only about Clockwork Precision's "Option to deal less damage to gain additional accuracy." option. I've decided to ignore the base accuracy bonus you get just from having the skill, although I think it needs some touching too.

Seems like a very solid idea; I would add a duration to it.
A Parrot with a Blade - Melee/Touchcaster Holy Champion || GrayScimitar - Heavy Sword Tlac IB || RustyWire - Gunwiz

Small notes because I slept on this suggestion and thought about it a bit more:
10% to 100% is uneccessary, just have 50% to 100%.
Also, include it in increments of 5%. I think "95% minimum" is gonna be the best setting if its available.
