What about X number of free deposits/withdrawals per day, and only available when ward is full strength to prevent stonewalling raids with infinite potion inventory

I'd simplify this to free withdrawals as long as your ward is full strength (or +80% or something like sapping and slowing) and free dumpawals all the time.
While we're on that, a button that [Safes all] like the Drop All one?
