Skills: Buff Heal Self

Presently Heal Self is of limited use, and largely taken as a prerequisite to Mystic Vigour.
Regardless, heal self should be made cheaper and/or stronger to encourage its use, since the classes that have access to it are MP hungry.

One radical suggestion is to make it cost 0ap and 5mp, which makes it useful for clearing Sorcerer's Might without burning all of a character's AP.
Another suggestion is to reduce the mp cost to 4mp, which reduces to 3mp on wizards.

have posited both buffing it and stripping it of being mystic vigor's cp tax (which also makes buffing it easier!)

some of my bits were eh..

heal 10 instead of 5
dynamic heal self like shepherd's heal others
much higher heal amount but tied to a regeneration status

Also +1'ing this, but mostly because it'd be a Fallen buff. Hypothetically, having it cost no AP wouldn't be as horribly OP if it drained your important MP resource.
