When used on Wrackwyrms or Horrid Tentacles, mutations are twice as effective (e.g. +20% dodge, +30 HP, +4 damage, +2 soak, etc).
It's thematically in line with WM flavor, gives WM players another reason to engage with the game and with those somewhat under-powered WM pets.
