Classes: class free skills should be unbiased

Nexus Champions: free skill should not be Tattoo of Balance because not everyone wants to be neutral.
Conduit: free skill should not be Code of Efficiency because not everyone wants to craft or do alchemy.

The free skill doesn't need to be great, just need to be a little useful for everyone.

Nexus Champions: free skill should not be Tattoo of Balance because not everyone wants to be neutral.

I prefer the concept for the NC: it is strong but it pays for this strength with the obligation to remain neutral. So if it were up to me I would upgrade Tattoo of Balance.

As I wrote elsewhere: my idea was that the more the balance tips towards one morality, the stronger the NC becomes against that morality.
