Skill: Increase Cultivate Ground and Ley Sculpting CP Efficiency

Cultivate Ground should also allow you to see and use Fonts, as with Tap Font and Sense Magic.
Ley Sculpting should also allow you to see and use Ley Lines, as with Tap Ley Line.
This is a 50 CP efficiency I really only request because Petmasters are a bit tight on CP and the skills are troublesome to manage. Does the request make lore sense? I think it does. Does it may gameplay sense? Eh, I'm not sure if this is the way to fix the skill, but I think it makes some sense.
