skill: Elementalist, Jack of All Elements

Suggestion for a 60 CP branch skill of "Child of the Elements" that is mutually exclusive with "Enhanced Summoning".
Jack of all Elements - Empowers the Elementalist for each new element they are attuned to (via skills) while outside. Additionally, the MP penalty via attunement is removed.
1 element - +10% accuracy.
2 elements - + 10% defence and evasion
3 elements - +1 damage.
4 elements - +2 Soak to fire, electric, cold impact and holy/unholy
5 elements - +1 hp regen.
Initially, the idea was in general, but I think having these apply specifically while outdoors might make for a fun and cool theme, of being out in nature especially if they're sitting on a font/leyline for the HP regen. Since it's mutually exclusive with Enhanced Summoning I don't think it'll cause issues since tanks will have an even easier time dispatching them when they're out in the open, and most summons cannot hit flying foes.
