It's significantly hard to tell what the fuck is happening on a combat if my target is silently getting heals.

It makes stealth heals a less viable tactic, which should remain IMO. And also having First Aid should usually alert you to it, if a target's HP is not matching up with the damage you are dealing then one can figure out what's going on.
