Improve the zerg flag specificity to improve raid experience

The way the current zerg flag works whether your alts are inside or outside the location makes raiding difficult when you have alts in both factions, which greatly affect smaller raid teams/factions.

Pet masters can contribute significantly to the defense of the stronghold (SH), and players are generally encouraged to leave their pet masters inside the SH that is being raided.
However, this limits the player's contribution to the raid in two ways:
1) Your attacking alt cannot bash the ward or bash forts while your defending alt is still inside the SH.
2) Your pets on your defending alt will not hit the tank if your attacking alt stays on the SH tile, greatly reducing the difficulty of tanking for your tank unless you step off the square. (You might have a good reason to have your attacking alt on the SH tile originally, like anointing/blessing the tank or being the Dark Oppressor that is summoning vassals)

It would be better if the zerg flag had a condition added like:
"Is this fort/glyph/ward a valid target for both characters within the same location?" - If yes, then zerg flag

This would prevent many instances of the zerg flag affecting your ability to raid while keeping most of the functionality of the zerg flag since the defending alt from the same faction would not be allowed to attack their own faction's ward or forts anyways, and you cannot attack glyphs that wouldn't affect you anyways. (And generally attackers wouldn't cast glyphs that affect themselves)

You can cover even more instances of the zerg flag interfering with raids with more conditions like:
"When on another faction's stronghold location coordinate: Is the attacking alt's target a member of the defending alt's faction at the coordinates of their own SH?" - No zerg flag applied, allow attacks to hit
