[Interface] SH upgrade purchase confirmation

When I try to buy a Homing Beacon, nothing happens when I press the button once, page loads and I have to press the button the 2nd time to confirm the purchase.

When buying skills you now get a confirmation dialog that ask if you want to buy that skill. Before I think there was a red message on top of the page and the skill you were buying was highlighted red too and you had to press the button again to buy it.

So I think the red confirmation messages are missing from the SH upgrade pages now.

UI being meh is NOT a bug, just bad UI design. Move to suggestions.
