In addition to movement buffs, Way of Lightning also provides a dodge/accuracy buff that scales with minutes left of the status effect*- attacks made by the Eternal Soldier causes the status to tick down as well. To prevent abuse, after Way of Lightning ticks all the way down, the "Winded" status effect is added for half an hour, which prevents WoL from being activated (if WoL is ended prematurely, X minutes of Winded is added equivalent to the amount of minutes "spent" on WoL- if you have 20 minutes left on WoL, for example, you would get 10 minutes of Winded).

Potential synergies: Way of Air makes it so every action taken (that costs AP) reduces the Winded status effect by 1 minute; activating Way of Urgency clears the Winded status effect.

*1/2 of minutes left (i.e. 15% at 30 minutes, 10% at 20 minutes, etc.)

After purchasing Way of the Whirlwind, Kick attacks can now target flying enemies. Gives HtH Eternal Soldiers a ranged option in their toolkit.

Way of Fire converts any close-combat attacks into ranged attacks, allowing them to hit flying targets and ignore most damage auras. Adds additional utility to the skill and increases Eternal Soldier "mobility" in a sense.

That'd be interesting, but I'd go to 60% dodge with this, if I understand correctly?
