Gameplay: Time-Based Defensive Buff Reduction

Time-based Defensive buffs reduce in time by 1 minute/damage soaked (if a soak buff*), or 1/attack sustained that would cause a status tick (i.e. attacks from other players or titan pets).
*effectively only changes Mystic Mail as of the suggestion, though other effects could be changed to Time-Based, like Mystic Shield

mmm yes quite lets just nerf the only way to deal with titan stacking mmm delicious

I believe this is "1 minute * damage", unless you want big hits to reduce it by nothing and zero hits to reduce it infinitely, but then you have a 15 minutes phasing buff being instantly removed by a single phased hit.
Bad design either case.
