Interface: Settings to hide door/power spam

Add 2 new settings in the Character Settings page:
- hide door destroyed/repaired by others in the log
- hide power on/off by others in the log

Another option would be to show only the first and last of similar actions, hiding only the spam in the middle, but idk how hard that would be to code so it's probably easier to just hide everything.
