Gameplay: Food Items Drop Instead of Breaking

Instead of breaking on death, have food items get dropped by a character instead. An alternative to just getting rid of food loss on death entirely.

Food degrade will be interesting when Secret Ingredient comes into play.

spellfood should prol acquire the green (magical) tag and thus not be subject to degrade

i wouldn't carry potions on me if they while taking the similar 3 ap + more mp to make could be lost on death
