Combat/Map: Barricades grant bonus soak (similar to fortificacions)

As per title. This would make barricades affect enemies who can pass through.
Players on a barricaded tile who are aligned to the barricade gain bonus soak against enemies not aligned to it, equal to 1/2/3/4/5 at 1/100/300/600/1000 total barricade HP, inside and outside. The inside of a stronghold wouldn't receive this bonus.
While it's a lot of structure HP to be easily torn down, it can be removed by counter-infusion.

Dealing with barricades is trouble enough if you don't have oodles of ap to throw at them

They present an issue for the late-game, though - once T3s with travel skills come into play, they'll be easily bypassed.

swimming was also made irrelevant once people started hitting T3, back when swimming was a thing
I'm just saying adding another layer of bullshit hoops to jump through might not be the best idea, particularly as a smaller faction guy who, again, can't just throw 30 people into barricade bashing/counterinfusion/other such unfun chores whenever we want to raid

Just so we're clear here and so people dont think I'm more of an idiot than they already do, how about instead of unfun soak stuff, we dial it back and think laterally
I mean that literally. Lateral barricades. On top of the vertical ones. Let's call it... Roofing.
Roofing prevents people from landing in the tile and entering, but it is way more expensive to build and maintain/crumbles under attacks easier than normal barricades
So if you want your impregnable "fuck you" angel fortress you gotta make sure you have people dedicated to and commited to not having any fun and just pressing the "build barricades" button, day in, day out.
which I suspect won't be that much of a problem, given the state of port hope

Maybe instead of scaling off total barricade hp make it based off min(barricade hp) then it should be fine no?

If you *did* break in the hard way then there’s no soak. But if you just flew in they there would be.
