The Development Team will try to keep this list as updated as possible as we discover unintended interactions/exploits, and publish code to stop these interactions. If you discover an interaction that you believe falls within the scope of this list, please notify a member of the Development Team immediately.
Known Unintended Interactions, Blocked Actions, and Exploits:
1. Exploit: Flag Hiding -- Your Faction A raids Faction X, and you coordinate with Faction B to take Faction A’s flag, so Faction X can’t recapture it. Context is important here as the coordination is the key part.
2. Exploit: Excessive alt swapping -- e.g. swapping in your Archon to take part in an attack, while your Lich builds up pets, and then swapping the two characters after capturing the opponent's flag, so your faction has a bigger pet shield to defend with. Note: Swapping characters in and out of a faction is allowed, but doing so in order to further the overall goals of the faction is in violation of Alt Rule #1 (Do not use multiple characters to work towards one goal).
3. Blocked Action: Alt Abuse -- Coordinating with your own alts is not allowed and actions will be blocked with game messages that explicitly confirm why the action was blocked.

Re: Unintended Interactions and Known Exploits
Guidelines for Determining Unintended Interactions and Exploits
- Any method that allows you to gain AP with no net loss of AP among characters involved. AP is the defining limited resource in the game. Any abuse or exploitation of AP gain, aside from the minimum needed to confirm an interaction exists, may be punished if not reported in a timely manner. Please notify a member of the Development Team immediately.
- Actions that allow you to do something: seize territory, attack characters, attack a stronghold, etc, that leave your opponents with no way to retaliate against you.
- Actions that allow you to rapidly gain any other resource (MP, XP, renown, etc.) at a rate that is far higher than possible by normal play or skill usage.
- Attacking/healing a player that you have previously attacked/healed, even with an alt, now does not “auto-miss”. Instead it generates 0 XP and provides a message regarding the lack of experience gain. Stats are still gained from attacks/kills. NPCs are exempt from this and MO shifts are unaffected. Currently not fully implemented, will remove this once it is and make additional discord announcement
- Coordinating with other players to open locks, flip power, flip infusion tiles, or hit/healing is not banned, however XP caps are still in effect from actions involving other characters.
- Coordinating with factionmates to use their pets as resources for items or infusion is allowed. However same-faction pet kills will not count towards your pet kill stats
