Game Mechanics:
* Summoning pets nullifies Materializing.
* Rather than requiring a spell of the matching element (which is easily thwarted with Spell Parry), Council usurpation for Archmages now can be done with any spell, spellgem or Arcane Marksman attack. You are still required to master an element to claim its seat on the Council. Claiming a vacant seat still requires use of a spell or charged attack that uses the relevant element.

Quality of Life and Interface:
* The error message when you have spent too few Tier 1 and Tier 2 CP to buy a later skill is now more informative about how much you spent.
* Learning the final spell in a spell elements now tells you about your new mastery of the element.
* Activation of Cloak of Immanence, which grants infusion abilities, lets you see the infusion amount and alignment of your current tile.
* The column span of the skill purchase page now encompasses the space for buybacks.
* Narrowed down the Advocate's blessing dropdown a bit.
* Narrowed down the Dark Oppressor's pact list dropdown a bit.
* The button to power enchants now only appears for weapons where enchant power actually matters. Enchant powering for other enchants may be given some purpose in the future.

Major Bugs:
* Font MP is now properly factored into your current MP when doing summoner harvest actions.
* Fixed hand-to-hand attacks (Katar mostly) not being subject to Parry's +degrade and made Sling bypass it (no contact).
* Fixed an edge case where it was possible for a Behemoth with Child of Tlacolotl to lose Bloodlust.
* Fixed an issue where Spell Pacts didn't unlock their element for Font creation.
* Resolved an issue where Spell Buyback sometimes didn't reduce affinity benefits properly.
* (hopefully) fixed an issue that stopped people without Spellcraft from using combat spell or glyph erasure Pacts.

Minor Bugs:
* Archmages no longer get a notification about Council policy every single day. You're only supposed to be told about this on days when it actually changed.
* Rejuvenating a pet with +5 MP from a Lightspeaker using Faunabond no longer wipes the bonus MP.
