Game Mechanics
- Significant changes to how the Conduit's Open Wormhole works:
- Wormholes now last three hours instead of fifteen minutes.
- Wormholes are two-way and can be used to travel back and forth.
- Wormholes can only be cast outdoors.
- Wormholes now have an icon on the map.
- Made a change that should reduce the likelihood of "streaky" bad luck in strings of hide, search or targetshoot attempts.
- Fixed issues where the Paladin’s Lay On Hands didn’t enable visibility of exact HP values and healable people didn’t properly populate in healing dropdowns.
- Tattoo of the Dragons Rage had an undocumented restriction where its combination-rollover ability was only applying with damage types eligible for Tattoo of the Dragons Strength (mundane, arcane or fire). While technically this was intended by the coder of the skill, it's an unnecessary restriction for what is supposed to be a really powerful 90 CP skill and had a negative synergy with Tattoo of the Nexal Spark. This has been removed; Tattoo of the Dragons Rage's combo rollover will now apply on any damage type.
- Reversing Arcane Wells and Arcane Sinks should now properly take into account the cost reductions that Major Arcana was supposed to apply.
- Fixed (and future-proofed for B6) an issue where Conduits exiting the Source could get sent to planes outside of the current Breath maps if a Font was present anywhere on those planes.
- Added a block against using fonts and ley lines from fonts made by one of your other characters. This is a fairly obvious implication of keep-your-dudes-apart, and the code effects simply hadn't been built.
- Fixed an issue where reduction in Dark Power gains from killing NPCs never actually worked.
- Added an exception to an unfortunate interaction where Part the Veil destroyed Inviolate Form relics.
- Nexal Spark wasn't leaving a record that the charged attack was used in message logs.
- Fixed an issue where the Lightspeaker's Oath of Battle wasn't properly updated at B5 launch to benefit the new pets added at the B5 launch: Male Foo Lions, Female Foo Lions and Crystal Guardians.
