Skills: Rename Holy Avenger to Holy Lance

Simple suggestion to rename the Paladin skill and its associated innate weapon "Holy Avenger" to "Holy Lance". Better communicates that it's a melee weapon as well as being a flavorful reference to the Holy Lance of Longinus.
