Oaken great-bow QOL update
This is a relatively minor thing but the oaken great bow should always be reloadable. If a Harbinger is having their magic leeched and they only have 1 or 2 bolts left they shouldn't have to shoot the bow to empty and lose the mp required to reload it. Reloading the bow should fill the clip to normal capacity and have the same cost no matter how many bolts are added.
