Skill: Arcana Temporal

A 90 CP child skill of the Conduit Major Arcana ability.

At the cost of 12 AP and 25 MP the Conduit can place a Temporal Well or Temporal Sink in the current location. The effect will last for 15 minutes. A Well may be reversed into a Sink, and vice versa, at a cost of 6 AP and 12 MP. Temporal Well has a 10% chance to grant anyone in the location 1 AP, checked per person per AP spent. Temporal Sink has a 10% chance to drain any non-faction mate in the location of 1 AP, checked per person per AP spent.

Temporal Well and Temporal Sink effects may be removed by the Rebalance Area ability triggered by an Elementalist or nullified by a Lodestone Of Balance.
