Skill: Water Adept should let you swim up the waterspout

I'm not sure what it's currently limited to (swim maybe?) but Water Adept Elems/Water Cloak HC's should probably be able to swim up it too.

There is currently no way to use the waterspout portal to get back to the Upper Panacea. I never intended for there to be, but that doesn't mean it's out of the question. That portal is mostly there for fun and flavor, but also because it spits you on the square immediately south on use, meaning you can get there with 1 AP as opposed to 2 AP without waterbreathing or athleticism if you use the portal to get pushed there.

Oh I see, maybe water cloak HCs and Water Adept Eles only then?

The image of one riding up a water spout is pretty badass.

Edit: Maybe mortals/swimmers too but you take some drown/splat damage as it spurts you out and you belly flop onto the waters above lol.

For the record, I'm cool with it! Really just a question of coding the portal to have 2 possible exits depending on whether or not the user has specific skills. Athleticism might not be enough to swim up a massive waterspout, but certain T3 skills seem very appropriate.

Additional request.
Eternal Soldier with Master of the Flow should be able to climb up the Waterspout. Because that would be totally badass.
