Skill: Summon Wraith as a second Titan Pet

My current idea for making this garbage skill usable
- HP increase so it doesn't get melted by auras
- A Wraith will not rebel if you only have 1.
- Wraiths will not rebel if they recently attacked someone.
- Damage floor of 2, as with the other pets from this tree.

This allows Wraiths to act as Lich's second Titan Pet, along with Status Tick draining, and allows them to be mass summoned in case you find yourself active during a raid.
