Skill: Better Explosive Murder for T3s

Explosive Murder should be upgraded by all evil T3 combat classes in some way.
Infernal Behemoth -
Reactive Spines - Damages all non-allies for 10 piercing immediately before explosion.
Kind of like a AoE, but there's no damage cap and damage is just always dealt.
Unholy Aura - Changes explosion to a concentrated 50/150 unholy damage AoE.
Doom Howler -
Vengeful Gremlins - Gremlins always explode along with you!
Void Walker -
Ether Stepping - Explosion damage reduced to +0.65 per level, rounded up and lvl * 7 total (20/210 at level 30), but is now unsoakable damage.
Actual effects are up for debate, but I thought those were cool.
TODO: Make Transcended factions harder to raid now that angels and demons are both a pain in the ass.
