Gameplay: Hurt/heal zerg flags could be less zealous

You should be able to gain EXP from healing someone if you've only attacked them once. Just in case you accidentally attack the wrong person.
I know I have.

Maybe a "minor Zerg" flag for X xp that reduced healing xp for the amount of xp gained through combat, or reduced combat xp by the amount of healing xp gained.
This flag would tick down when reducing xp and vanish when hitting 0 or after 24h.
