That makes for interesting competition for resource tiles, at least on Cordillera.
(Also, I assume it's only +5% to characters aligned to the tile's infusion)

After thinking about it a bit I think a flat +5% that kicks in at 50 or 100 infusion might be more elegant.
I mean the DO bonus is at 300, it doesn't make sense that a measly search bonus would need to go all the way to 500.

I'd go for a higher infusion threshold, but yes. 200 perhaps.
