Gameplay: Allow usage of certain MP-generating skills at 0 MP

This is something Nayru was gonna implement but they seem MIA at the moment so I'm just gonna drop this suggestion here.

Let us use Magic Prayers, Dark Heart, and other MP-generating options that cost MP, even while we're at 0 MP.
Just frustrating to accidentally slip below 2 MP and suddenly need to drink a entire Mana Regeneration potion in order to continue with the raid.

Also, to add onto OP because I just remembered this now: I am hoping for something similar for Amphetamines and Mystic Vigor.
