Interface: Return old NC modifications

I don't remember the name of that Nexus Clash script used to modify how the game looks like, so pardon me for the weird thread title. Will update as soon as someone reminds me.
Anyways, to kick this off. I think important information that is usually displayed in the tile description, such as "THERE ARE SHADOWS MOVING INSIDE" when people are inside a powered building during the night, should be bolded.

Feature exists, but it has to be enabled for a character ("Bold text for shadows spotted in buildings at night" checkbox in character settings).

As noted, the bold shadows is ascended into the game itself under character settings (must be logged in to view it on your profile page).

As mentioned elsewhere, feature exists both as a script and a feature.
