Add a button to fully clear the list of rejected items (with confirmation)

Any reason? Can't think of too many times I need to remove more than 1 or 2 things

a lot of those items are still in and they are still useless! But also I didn't think the reject lists came over so shrug

The reject lists have been imported by now.

This probably isn't a big enough deal to do since the current interface is so simple. No one had more than a couple dozen items on their list.
