Gameplay: Spellgem Affinity Gives Resistance

Instead of soak, that is. Helps counter other spellcasters better because it would negate Capstone bonuses. Might need to be rebalanced for a more significant damage reduction- maybe 5% at 3, 10% at 4, 15% at 5, and another 5% for a total of 20% at 6, i.e. knows all spells of a type (20% = 3 less damage for attacks that do over 10 damage, 4 less over 15 damage).
