Skill: Vengeful Gremlin proc conditions

It would be neat to give Vengeful Gremlin explosions a chance to proc off the summoner's death, and not just when the pets are directly killed. I get a little sad any time I get sniped on Froggy and the Nexus is denied one to three mini-EMs that it so richly deserves.

Though I guess the possibility of stacking three explosions plus a full-size EM from the summoner might be a little too powerful...Maybe put the proc chance at like 25% on the gremlin summons when their summoner is killed?

Doom Howler has decent EHP, and Vengeful Gremlins are already immune to getting burned out by auras.

Unsure if Vengeful Gremlins should be buffed ver. hoi yes hi you have summoned the neru

I notoriously suck at the game, but the situation has already come up multiple times for me. I'm just sayin' I spent 90 CP on explosions that rarely go off, since the only situation it happens is if someone decides to attack the pets directly. NC gets an origami dragon for the same price, lol. I figure it's worth some consideration, at least.

NC gets a second pet at that tier, while DH gets a second and third pet.
While I think explosion triggering on summoner death may not be a bad idea, having 3 of those going at the same time sounds rather scary for a mere summon.
Maybe have them go out of control instead?

That's why I was thinking about having it be a low-ish probability. At 25%, assuming you always die with a full group of three summons, you're beating the odds if even one of them explode and you've got 1.6% chance of getting all three at once. And I've only had it for 5 days so data is limited, but out of four explosions I've dealt a max damage of 2. The other three times it went off, it only dealt one damage. And the max soak on it was 2, so its not like I was getting 10 dmg pops that got soaked down by prepped tanky hunters.

So I dunno. I love the skill for what it is and I'd pick it again in a heartbeat, it just feels like the way it translates to the game environment is a little underwhelming. I think on some level evading auras even works against them here a little, because if they die on an aura then they'd at least explode. :lol: Maybe give the DH the option to make them explode on a button-push?

Okay, on second thought I don't think it'll be much of a issue. it often isn't and things are overblown

And this is funny enough that it should happen too. also rarely a good reason! your neru summon has expired

You pay 90 CP for something called vengeful gremlins, they should be pretty vengeful.

The Elementalist's Tenacious Summoning does that without a chance of 4x EM burst. Not necessarily suggesting the exact same, but something along the lines.
