Custom keyboard shortcuts

Let us add skills/attacks to custom keyboard shortcuts on the Character Settings page. To make things simpler maybe only let you choose from numbers 1-9 instead of letters so as to not conflict with the standard shortcuts.

Edit: the only reason I'm asking for this is to put Keening of the Damned on a shortcut. If custom shortcuts are too hard to implement then just putting Keening, SotW and Earthquake on a standard shortcut could work too.
