Interface: add options form to filter "Factions" page by alignment, stance, etc

Suggestions the development team sees as having value for future content.

Interface: add options form to filter "Factions" page by alignment, stance, etc

This is perhaps a niche case, but I think it would be useful to be able to filter the big list on "Factions" page by various faction properties: level, alignment, open/close, renown, your faction's stance to each faction, etc.
My characters (sorted by IDs): Badziew, Tiger Fist, Pilgrim, Sentient Spellbook, a trojan cat.
