As a skill purchases can now be undone, suggest making this into
Are you sure you wish to purchase Search for 10 CP? Undoing this selection is costly!

have just nixed that part of the sentence for next patch, the confirmation box + ability to see buyback buttons on skills that often aren't that costly is probably information enough
