i get the idea behind it but every breath i've been apart of thus far spams university tile places like no tomorrow

Tile properties are generally done by tile type and many of the tiles are not chemistry related. Coffee Shops have alchemy enabled, which I think is a great addition!

Because this is a cool idea, it's been enabled in a tile where it makes sense: Genetic Medicine at 52,29.

Yes, we can override types individually.

It remains turned off for most University tiles because for most tiles it doesn't make sense. The School of Business isn't going to be able to do Alchemy.

override for science-y university tiles is acceptable

+1 to make all Uni tiles into Alchemy locations.
As unis, they all have supplies dedicated to mixing, of either reagents or just ethanol and juice.
