Skills/SH: Prayer - Spellgem affinity / Arcane Loadstone

Spellgem affinity now does nothing. I assume arcane loadstone also does nothing.
Suggestion - have these upgrades give +1 charge when charging a spellgem.
In the interim probably remove at least spellgem affinity from the prayer list.
