Grisly Reaping works on Cemeteries and Forgotten Cemeteries, but it does not work on Ash Harbor which is a giant cemetery and liches can summon skeletons/zombies there even if there are no bodies.

Makes no sense that Grisly Reaping doesn't work there, on Ash Harbor the bodies should be just below the surface, not 6 feet deep like on cemeteries.

Make it work on that entire neighborhood.
